Virtual reality with virtual relationships

 

We think we are leaders because we have followers on social media.
 
We think we have friends because people like us on social media.
 
We think we are noticed because people view us on social media.
 
We think we are having a conversation because people comment on social media.

Social media mimics social interactions, but it is only dehumanizing and depersonalizing the human person, stripping us of our humanity and our personality.
