Personal reflection: The cult of death is morbidly obsessed with murder and mayhem. Let us be countercultural, Christocentric, and embrace and exude the Civilization of Life! Don’t “murder your thirst” instead “never thirst”! Boycott "liquid death" and instead drink of "the Water of Life"! John 4:14 states: "...but whoever drinks the water I give them will never thirst. Indeed, the water I give them will become in them a spring of water welling up to eternal life".

Personal reflection: Don't be stupid, be smart!
Holy Mass not Fiesta Mass
Personal reflection: There is no such thing as a Fiesta Mass, there is only the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass. The surrounding environment around San Fernando Cathedral is not what is depicted presently. The fiesta banners "papel picados" don't make it a Fiesta Mass; instead they make a mockery of the Holy Mass which should be respected and reverenced in a dignified and devotional manner.

Behold the light and not the darkness
Personal reflection: ALL candles unfortunately have the potential to be defective and a danger hazard. See the miracle that even though the candle was darkened with smoke, the Sacred Images of Our Lord Jesus Christ and Our Lady of San Juan del Valle remained basically intact and untarnished. Personal reflection: These are the modern day money changers in God’s House. We need to emphasize the value of prayer and condemn the misuse of sacred spaces. God’s House is for worship not for money-making; for prayer not for profit. Expel the Quick Response (QR) codes, the modern day den of thieves. We are supposed to scan them with our phones to make simply a monetary donation, but are we the ones being scammed by depriving of us of making it a prayerful offering during the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass.
