Personal reflection:

12 meters equals 39 feet 

The United States border wall varies in heights between 15-30 feet (4.6-9 meters) that are typical for bollard fencing while vehicular barriers can reach up to 15 feet (4.6 meters) high.

So the United States border wall is shorter than the Vatican wall.
