Enrique Alvarado Avila, 93, passed away February 23, 2016 in Del Rio, Texas.
He was born January 25, 1923 in Brackettville, Texas.
He is survived by his wife: Irene Rodriguez Avila; son: Henry A. Avila Jr., of Hondo, TX; grandchildren: Henry Avila III, Mayte Avila Sanders, Adrienne Tomek, and Aliya and Alea Avila; great-grandchildren: Ann Maria August Sanders, Leo Tomek and Sofie Peighton Avila.
Visitations will be on Thursday, February 25, 2016 from 5-9:00P.M, with a Rosary at 7:00P.M, at G. W. Cox Memorial Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral Mass will be on Friday, February 26, 2016 at 2:00P.M at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church.
Interment will follow at Veteran’s Cemetery, Brackettville, Texas.
Military honors will be presented.
