Monday the Supreme Court will hear arguments in favor of and against Obamacare and also the HHS Mandate. This has been something that has been in the courts for 2 years now. It is EXTREMELY important for people to fast, pray the Rosary, go to Mass and receive Holy Communion, make a Holy Hour on Monday, which by the way is the Feast of Annunciation. The arguments are:
Is it constitutionally required that people be required to purchase national healthcare and is the HHS Mandate Constitutional?
The expert on EWTN said the Supreme Court could go either way.
The expert also said it will take about 2 years for current lawsuits (EWTN"s and others) to go to the Supreme Court, which means if Obamacare and the Mandate is Constitutional, the law will take effect before the Mandate from Jan. 20th is repealed.
Please get the word out to everyone--FAST, PRAY THE ROSARY, GO TO MASS, MAKE A HOLY ON MONDAY (Feast of the Annunciation) for the Supreme Court.
