Jesus manifests His Love in a mysterious marvelous manner
Some will decry the deed as just a fluke of random occurrence.
Some will scorn at the absurdness and incongruity of simplistic imagination.
Some will scoff at the silliness of the senseless scoop of strawberry jelly.
But I know better, I know the real meaning behind that Love Token from God.
My early Valentine Heart sent from God, telling me that He Loves me more than I will ever know or imagine.
He Loves me seriously and He Loves me serendipitously.
He Loves me in the BIG THINGS and He Loves me in the little things.
He Loves me at breakfast, at lunch, and at dinner.
He Loves me in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening, and at night-time.
He Loves me unmistakably, unequivocally and unconditionally.
It has been said that the devil is in the details, but I know that God is in all the details of daily life, the smallest, most minute, seemingly insignificant things.
"But even the very hairs of your head are all numbered.” Luke 12:7
It has been said that God doesn’t care about the small stuff, but I know that God truly cares about all the stuff that makes up a life.
God incidents are when God smiles, God winks, God grins, God chuckles, God laughs, and God has a sense of humor.
Only God would think of such silly surprises to uplift, vitalize and warm the heart.
His Heart is a Sign of Love.
A strawberry jelly shaped heart on a slice of buttered toast is truly an Article for the Heart.
It has been said that a spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down; well a spoonful of strawberry jelly shaped like a heart helps start the day with a smile.
Heart speaks to heart.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, make my heart like Yours.
Some will inevitably say it is coincidence; of course it is a Co (God and me) incidence.
Today at the kitchen counter God spoke to me about Love.
Today at Mass God spoke to me about Love.
Today’s Second Reading speaks of Love from 1 Corinthians 12:31-13:13
If I speak in human and angelic tongues,
but do not have love,
I am a resounding gong or a clashing cymbal.
And if I have the gift of prophecy,
and comprehend all mysteries and all knowledge;
if I have all faith so as to move mountains,
but do not have love, I am nothing.
If I give away everything I own,
and if I hand my body over so that I may boast,
but do not have love, I gain nothing.
Love is patient, love is kind.
It is not jealous, it is not pompous,
it is not inflated, it is not rude,
it does not seek its own interests,
it is not quick-tempered, it does not brood over injury,
it does not rejoice over wrongdoing
but rejoices with the truth.
It bears all things, believes all things,
hopes all things, endures all things.
Love never fails.
If there are prophecies, they will be brought to nothing;
if tongues, they will cease;
if knowledge, it will be brought to nothing.
For we know partially and we prophesy partially,
but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away.
When I was a child, I used to talk as a child,
think as a child, reason as a child;
when I became a man, I put aside childish things.
At present we see indistinctly, as in a mirror,
but then face to face.
At present I know partially;
then I shall know fully, as I am fully known.
So faith, hope, love remain, these three;
but the greatest of these is love.
God does everything with Love.
God is Love.
A slice of buttered toast with a strawberry jelly shaped heart made with love, eaten with love and tasting deliciously divine is a tangible touch of God’s Love.
Silly little love songs are sung all around me, all I have to do is listen and hear with my heart.
Silly little love scenarios are portrayed all around me, all I have to do is look and see with my heart.
Silly little love pats are happening all around me, all I have to do is feel and touch with my heart.
Dear God, help me listen and hear Your Love Songs.
Dear God, help me look and see Your Love Scenarios.
Dear God, help me feel and touch Your Love Pats.
