Personal reflection:

Unfortunately, the Legion of Mary has been infiltrated and indoctrinated by modernism and relativism. 

They explicitly admit it in their written "Explanation of Front and Back Covers":

Front Cover: “modern religious art”

Back Cover:  “The Vietnamese hierarchy, has not given official approval to the apparition”, “implicit approval”.

The Legion of Mary should only advocate officially approved apparitions.
