Personal reflection:

I know a persecuted priest 

who prays the Holy Rosary, 

who blesses all his spiritual children 

through his YouTube channel, 

“The Cowboy Priest”, 

is a modern day spiritual Cristero, 

who fights the battle 

between good and evil 

invoking the intercession 

of one of his favorite Saints 

- San Jose Luis Sanchez del Rio, 

who loves to say “Viva Cristo Rey” 

every chance he gets, 

who has studied in the seminary 

the writings of Saint Thomas Aquinas, 

and who daily but privately 

offers the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass 

literally in the desert of his location, 

and figuratively in the desert 

of his not being allowed by his bishop 

to utilize his priestly faculties in public, 

except in case of someone’s eminent 

and impending death.
