1.     In today's fast-paced world, contemplation and meditation seems so far-fetched and other worldly.



2.     Today we are who we are, we are not who we were yesterday and we are not who we will be tomorrow.



3.     Accept ourselves today as friend and companion for life and start developing a relationship with ourselves that will be rewarding.



4.     God will provide for us today and in the future just as surely as he has in the past.



5.     Choose life today.
