Sirloin Stockade is known as “La Vaquita” The Little Cow

 

Personal reflection:

The sign translated reads: Let’s go to the great cow!

I don’t think advertising will change people’s mind about what to call Sirloin Stockade.

I don’t think they’ll suddenly start calling it La Gran Vaca, I think it will always be La Vaquita.
