Closed in holy observance of The Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary

 

Personal reflection: 

Thank God the Pastoral Ministry Center was closed in observance of the Solemnity of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. 

Blessed Virgin Mary assumed body and soul into heavenly glory, pray for us.

All Catholic institutions and offices should close in holy observance of all holy days and especially solemnities, and not just close for secular holidays like they were any other business or ordinary organization.

They are first and foremost spiritual institutions and organizations, and not blindly or unthinkingly merely following the ideologies and precepts of secular society.
