Royal crowns only for King Jesus and Queen Mary

Personal reflection:

Why is there a royal crown above the sacred statue of Saint Anthony of Padua?

Some say because he is holding the Holy Child Jesus!

But Saint Joseph is also holding the Holy Child Jesus and there is no royal crown above his sacred statue. 

Saint Anthony would be the most embarrassed to have a royal crown; and he would be the first to respond and loudest to request, “No crown for me, only for Thee Your 

Majesties of the Heavenly Court: King Jesus Christ and Queen Most Holy Virgin Mary.”

Holy Child Jesus, have mercy on us!

Saint Anthony of Padua, pray for us!

Saint Joseph, pray for us!

Royal crowns only for King Jesus and Queen Mary!
