Defund by NOT donating to the Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD)

 

According to the National Catholic Reporter, Bishop Senior addressed the  United States Conference of Catholic Bishops (USCCB) assembly on November 13 to give an update on the   Catholic Campaign for Human Development (CCHD).  

NCR indicated that the CCHD awarded “93 grants totaling more than $2 million to dozens of community and economic development organizations,” which is a reduction of 57% of the average 215 grants normally provided.  

The $2 million in grants is a massive drop of 88% from the $16 million average in annual grants for the previous ten years.
