Is the congressman congratulating the cartels?

Is the congressman in the clutches of the cartels?

“Cash and carry” congressman catering and covering for the cartels?

Bye, bye! Cartels or Buy, buy! Cartels?

Let’s elect a congressman who will not be bought and sold to the highest, biggest, baddest bidder!
