Ministry Formation for Spanish speaking Catholics

Personal reflection:

Why is the Archdiocese of San Antonio segregating by ethnic group (Hispanics) and not merely by dominant language (Spanish)?

And why even segregate among age groups, Young Adults?

Is it not the one same faith for all: young and old, black and white, rich and poor?

Is ArchSA being racist and ageist? 

Is there Ministry Formation for Vietnamese Young Adults, for African-American Young Adults, for Bi-Racial Young Adults?

Galatians 3:28 -  “There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is no male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus.”
