Although he represents citizens who steadfastly hold to
our God-given rights and Christian Conservative Constitutional values he:
- voted to repeal a
bill that recognized God-decreed marriage exclusively between one man and one
woman, thereby, giving a green light allowing for various disordered and
deviant groupings of people to be legally and lawfully considered married with
all the rights and privileges once reserved only for one man, the husband, and
one woman, the wife, since the time of recorded history
- voted against our
right to self-defense
- voted to require
women to register for the draft
- voted for the
Immunization Information System which would mandate a database of immunization
information of doses administered by healthcare providers to persons within
each geographic area, disregarding the protection of the privacy and
confidentiality of patients and their healthcare information
Although he represents citizens who live in his
congressional district along 823 miles of the Texas-Mexico border he:
- did not sponsor
any bills to secure the border, enforce the rule of law, and expand
appropriated funds as mandated by Congress to address the Biden border crisis
- cosponsored
legislation to create four (4) new processing facilities for asylum seekers to
process aliens and release them into our communities
- did not support “Finish
the Wall Act”
- did not sign
letter requesting resignation of United States Secretary of Homeland
Security Mayorkas for his refusal to enforce immigration laws
- voted for Chain
Migration which drastically alters and expands H1B Visa and Green Card status
to non-immigrants
- voted to approve
$40 Billion to Ukraine with $900 Million for Refugee and Entrant Assistance
- his San Antonio
office is located in the Endeavors facility, a Non-Governmental Organization
that contracts to transport illegal aliens throughout the United States

ascertain that clearly it is offensive to God that a politician who professes
to be a Catholic and purports to be a Republican is falsely representing
himself as such and thereby trying to fool his constituents into voting for him
so that he can stay in office and continue to do so much more harm than good.
We shouldn’t say
something false when it is not true. God is truth, and circumventing truth is
essentially going against God. “Let your ‘Yes’ mean ‘Yes,’ and your ‘No’ mean
‘No.’ Anything more is from the evil one.”(Matthew 5:37)

Congresswoman Liz Cheney
who called herself a Republican, yet voted like a Democrat, was resoundingly
defeated in the Republican primary election. We need to continue sending the
message loud and clear that if politicians call themselves Republican then they
need to vote like a Republican or else they will be voted out of office and
replaced with someone who will vote for our Christian Conservative
Constitutional values.
