Martyred Lambs, Children of Our Sorrowful Mother, Pray for us! Part II by Cami little handmaid
From the end of Part I: The next morning I woke up to an image of two lambs laying on the ground, dead, in front of a partial brick wall.
I am writing this meditation/prayer in order to seek a deeper understanding of that disintegration of the family, of what is causing it, and of the destruction that it has wreaked in our souls, our hearts, our minds, our bodies…and in our communities and our nation. I am writing this meditation/prayer in order to ask the martyred lambs, in union with Our Sorrowful Mother, to pray for the healing and restoration of families, for the healing of all who have been so deeply wounded, and for their intercession for those souls who urgently need our prayers.
As the leader of a Catholic women’s prayer apostolate, Little Handmaids of Our Sorrowful Mother, I pray with you through the Rosary of the Seven Sorrows of Mary, the Flame of Love version.
This is a Rosary that “blinds Satan”—that is, takes away his power to block God’s grace from souls through the Flame of Love petition, inserted into the second part of the Hail Mary. This gives the souls greater freedom to accept God’s grace.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with you. Blessed
are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb, Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners…spread the effect of grace of Your Flame of Love over all of humanity…now and at the hour of our death. Amen.
This petition was given to Elizabeth Kindelmann (1913-1985) and was recorded in her Flame of Love diary. It was approved by Cardinal Erdo of Budapest in 2009 and by bishops in many countries, including Archbishop Chaput in the U.S.
Flame of Love Seven Sorrows Rosary
(with meditations and petitions to the martyred lambs)
For the healing and restoration of families, for the
restoration of the Sacrament of Matrimony, and for the healing of all who have
been wounded through the loss of murdered family members.
The Sign of the Cross
Act of Contrition: O my God, I am heartily sorry for having offended You,
and I detest all my sins, because I dread the loss of heaven and the fires of
hell; and, most of all, because they offend You, my God, who are all good and
deserving of all my love.
I firmly resolve, with the help of your grace, to confess my sins, to do penance, and to amend my life. Amen.
1. First Sorrow of Mary: The Prophecy of Simeon (Luke 2: 27-35)
“Behold, this
child is set for the fall[b] and rising of many in Israel,
and for a sign that is spoken against
(and
a sword will pierce through your own soul also),
that thoughts out of many hearts may be revealed.”
Martyred lambs, please pray that
every mother and father will embrace each child as a gift of love and joy; and
that mothers will learn to accept the swords that pierce our hearts, for the
sake of our own children and for all the children of the world…in union with
Our Sorrowful Mother and with our Suffering Jesus, Son of God and Son of Mary!

2.
Second Sorrow of Mary-The Flight into Egypt- (Mt 2:13-18)
Now when they had departed,
behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, “Rise,
take the child and his mother, and flee to Egypt, and remain there till I tell
you; for Herod is about to search for the child, to destroy him.” And he rose and took the
child and his mother by night, and departed to Egypt, and remained there until
the death of Herod.
Martyred lambs, murdered in your
mothers’ wombs, please pray that mothers’ wombs, families, schools, and every
other place in this world will become places of loving refuge for our children.

3. The Third Sorrow
of Mary- The Loss of Jesus in Jerusalem- (Luke 2:45-49)
…when they did not find Him, they returned
to Jerusalem, seeking Him. After three days they found Him in the temple,
sitting among the teachers, listening to them and asking them
questions; and all who heard Him were amazed at His understanding and his
answers. And
when they saw Him they were astonished; and His Mother said to him, “Son, why
have you treated us so? Behold, your father and I have been looking for you
anxiously.” And
he said to them, “How is it that you sought me? Did you not know that I must be
in my Father’s house?”
Martyred lambs, please pray for your lost mothers and
fathers, and your lost siblings, who are, most of all, lost from the Sacred
Heart of Jesus and Our Compassionate Blessed Mother. Loving Mother, please lead
your lost young sons and daughters back
to the Sacred Heart of Your Son Jesus, our True Refuge.

4. The Fourth Sorrow of Mary- Mary meets Jesus on the Via Dolorosa (Luke 23:27-31)
And there
followed him a great multitude of the people, and of women who bewailed and
lamented him. But
Jesus turning to them said, “Daughters of Jerusalem, do not weep for me, but
weep for yourselves and for your children.
Martyred lambs, weep with Our Sorrowful Mother, for all
mothers and fathers who have considered their children burdens. Weep, holy
innocents, for all of your lost parents and brothers and sisters. I pray with
you for our repentance and conversion, and for the transformation of all
hearts.
1 Our Father, 7
FOL Hail Mary’s & 1 Glory Be
5. The Fifth Sorrow of Mary- Mary Stands at the Foot of the Cross (John 19:25-27)
But standing by the cross of Jesus were His Mother, and His Mother’s
sister, Mary the wife of Clopas, and Mary Magdalene. When Jesus saw His Mother, and the disciple whom He loved
standing near, He said to his mother, “Woman, behold, your son!” Then he said to the disciple,
“Behold, your mother!” And from that hour the disciple took her to his own
home.
Martyred lambs, in union with Our Holy Mother, please pray
that the Holy Spirit will create holy marriages through the Sacrament of
Matrimony. I pray, in union with you, that Our Sorrowful Mother will bring the
gift of healing of marriages and families, from Her Divine Spouse.
1 Our Father, 7 FOL Hail Mary’s & 1 Glory Be
6. The Sixth Sorrow of Mary- Our Sorrowful Mother Receives the Body of Her Son into Her Arms (from the 23rd Hour of the Passion of Our Lord, by Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta)
My dead Jesus, I see that Your disciples hasten to depose You from the Cross. Joseph and Nicodemus, who have remained hidden until now, with courage and without fearing anything, now want to give You an honorable burial. And so they take hammers and pincers, to perform the sacred and sad unnailing from the Cross, while Your Pierced Mama stretches out Her Maternal arms to receive You on Her lap.
Martyred lambs, in union with the Holy Lamb of God,
please pray that
Our Sorrowful Mother will receive our lost parents and our lost brothers and sisters, into Her Compassionate Arms, to carry them to the Sacred Heart of Jesus, to be baptized in His Blood.
1 Our Father, 7 FOL Hail Mary’s & 1 Glory Be
7. The Seventh
Sorrow of Mary- The Burial of Jesus (John 19:41)
“Now in the place where he had been
crucified there was a garden, and in the garden a new tomb, in which no one had
yet been buried. So they laid Jesus there because of the Jewish preparation
day; for the tomb was close by.”
In
the prayer image that the Holy Spirit gave to me two days after the horrific
killings in Uvalde, there were two lambs lying dead on the ground. In a
telephone conversation with my spiritual director today, he confirmed the
understanding that finally came to me. One of the lambs represents all of the
martyred lambs, and the other represents the Lamb of God, who died once to save
us from our sins, and he reminded me that Jesus, the High Priest, and also the
Lamb of God, now offers His Sacrifice to the Father for our salvation at every
Holy Mass. Aleluia!
Lamb of God, who takes away the sins
of the world, have mercy on us!
Lamb of God, who takes away the sins
of the world, have mercy on us!
Lamb of God, who takes away the sins
of the world, grant us peace.
Unity
Prayer
My
Adorable Jesus,
May
our feet journey together,
May
our hands gather in unity,
May
our hearts beat in unison,
May
our souls be in harmony,
May
our thoughts be as one,
May
our ears listen to the silence together,
May
our gazes profoundly penetrate each other.
May
our lips pray together to gain mercy
from
the Eternal Father.
Amen.
This prayer was given to Elizabeth Kindelmann by Jesus. Fr. James Blount, who is an exorcist and one of the priests active in the U.S. Flame of Love Movement, has testified that it is a powerful weapon against Satan.
