propios y asignados exclusivamente a la parroquia como una parroquia completa y
la oficina parroquial regresa a la propiedad de la Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de
Guadalupe, donde pertenece para servir a los de la parroquia

Institute” informa que la Campaña Católica para el Desarrollo Humano es conocida por tener una historia de financiar
organizaciones que promueven el aborto, la homosexualidad, la anticoncepción y
el marxismo y algunas incluso han dado fondos a la agencia de abortos “Planned
Parenthood” o distribuido condones.
Uno de los Preceptos de la Iglesia Católica
incluye: “Atender las necesidades de la Iglesia” y esto se puede cumplir
fielmente contribuyendo exclusivamente al “Fondo de Mantenimiento Parroquial”.
Si tiene sobres de ofertorio, tache el frente del sobre y en la parte posterior
del sobre escriba “Fondo de mantenimiento parroquial, SOLAMENTE”.
Ojalá se cumpla esa solicitud, porque la Arquidiócesis
toma un cierto porcentaje de las colecciones parroquiales. Si escribe un
cheque, escriba en la línea del “Memo” “Fondo de mantenimiento de la parroquia,
SOLAMENTE”, si da dinero en efectivo, póngalo en un sobre y escriba en el sobre
“Fondo de mantenimiento de la parroquia, SOLAMENTE”.
Enviemos un mensaje fuerte y claro de que la
Arquidiócesis no está satisfaciendo nuestras necesidades.
Podemos estar más estrechamente alineados con
las enseñanzas sociales católicas de subsidiariedad y solidaridad cuando
ayudamos primero a quienes están en nuestra proximidad inmediata y a quienes
más lo necesitan con nuestras donaciones y actos de caridad; primero ayudando a
nuestros vecinos en la puerta de nuestra casa. Contribuir a la Sociedad de San
Vicente de Paúl es una excelente manera de ayudar a los más necesitados en
nuestra localidad.
Podemos ser creativos al dar, pero también
debemos tener cuidado a dónde va nuestro dinero.

de agosto de 2021, informa: “Catholic Charities San Antonio dice que han
ayudado a reubicar a 65 refugiados afganos en la ciudad hasta ahora. Según los
informes, muchos más están en camino. Nadie sabe todavía cuántas familias de
refugiados afganos vendrán a San Antonio, lo que se dificulta es planificar lo
que necesitarán cuando lleguen aquí”. “Catholic Charities” recibe dinero de la
Campaña del Arzobispo para Ministerios.
CRUX, 17
de septiembre de 2021 informa que la Arquidiócesis de San Antonio “acogerá a
unos 800 refugiados de Afganistán”.
Está muy bien ayudar a los verdaderos
refugiados afganos, pero ¿creemos honestamente que los talibanes permitirán que
los verdaderamente necesitados escapen, cuando Estados Unidos ha demostrado que
es incapaz de investigar entre quiénes son los terroristas y quiénes son los
refugiados? ¿Se imagina a los talibanes cubriéndose y colocados en una ciudad
con varias instalaciones militares?
Leí este reporte de un oficial militar
retirado que dirigió tropas en Afganistán. Dijo que tenían un intérprete afgano
que trabajó con ellos durante un (1) mes; durmiendo con ellos en sus
habitaciones, comiendo con ellos en sus comedores y lo consideraban un amigo.
Un día, mientras viajaban con tanques y vehículos con armas defensas, chocaron
contra minas terrestres y provocaron la destrucción de estas propiedades de los
estadounidenses y la muerte de soldados estadounidenses.
Más tarde, el oficial militar se enteró de
que su intérprete les había dicho a los talibanes por qué camino viajarían los
militares estadounidenses para que pudieran plantar minas terrestres a lo largo
del camino. ¿Cuántos de los llamados aliados con los estadounidenses son
realmente traicioneros y traidores aliados de los talibanes?
Mucho más cerca de casa, de hecho en nuestro
patio de atrás, CRUX informa: “Mientras miles de migrantes se congregan debajo
del Puente Internacional de Del Rio, el Arzobispo de San Antonio dijo que la
arquidiócesis está finalizando la compra de una propiedad en Del Rio para crear
un nuevo centro migrante, pero advirtieron que necesitarán comprar más
infraestructura porque la forma en que va 'esto no va a terminar' ”. El número
de migrantes debajo del puente aumentó a más de 8,000 el jueves 16 de
septiembre, y había al menos 20,000 migrantes más en ruta desde México.
Una vez más, está muy bien si son realmente
solicitantes de asilo, pero ¿creemos honestamente que los cárteles que
controlan la frontera permitirán que los verdaderamente necesitados entren y no
inserten sus elementos criminales entre ellos: drogas ilegales y tráfico de
personas?
Somos una gente compasiva y de buena
voluntad, pero estos son momentos en los que necesitamos usar el sentido común
y el buen juicio y no dejarnos engañar para nuestro propio detrimento.
Debemos ser proactivos y no solamente
reactivos. En su mayor parte somos personas muy inocentes y confiadas de las
que lamentablemente se han aprovechado; siempre debemos cuestionar todo y
llegar a nuestras propias conclusiones. Nuestra iglesia institucional ya no es
la iglesia de nuestros abuelos o padres; debemos darnos cuenta de la verdadera
realidad que existe y tomar las acciones apropiadas.
Amamos a nuestra Iglesia Católica, el Cuerpo
Místico de Cristo. Queremos que la iglesia institucional sea restaurada a su
antigua gloria de honrar a Dios y servir al pueblo de Dios, no como algunos
miembros del clero y la jerarquía que se honran y se sirven solo a sí
mismos.
Dios nos bendiga al emprender esta misión de
salvar el alma de la iglesia institucional, que ha sido ensuciado y manchada, y
ayudarla a restablecer a su antigua estatura de santidad y santificación.

If you recently received a letter from the Archbishop’s Appeal for
Ministries, don’t just tear it up and throw it away, or if you already have, then
by all means get another envelope at church and write a letter stating that you
will NOT contribute until:
- Father Clay is returned to full-time, active priestly ministry
with all of his facilities completely restored to serve the people of God
- Our Lady of Guadalupe Church in Del Rio is restored to a
fully-functioning parish with full-time priests assigned exclusively to the
parish and the parish office returned back to Our Lady of Guadalupe Church
property where it belongs to serve the parishioners

Institute reports that the Catholic Campaign for Human Development is
notorious for having a history of funding organizations that promote abortion,
homosexuality, contraception, and Marxism and some have even given funds to
Planned Parenthood or distributed condoms.
One of the Precepts of the Catholic Church includes: “Providing
for the needs of the Church” and this can be faithfully fulfilled by
contributing exclusively to the “Parish Maintenance Fund”. If you have offertory
envelopes cross out the front of the envelope and on the back of the envelope
write “Parish Maintenance Fund, ONLY”. Hopefully that request will be honored,
because the Archdiocese takes a certain percentage from the parish collections.
If you write a check write in the Memo line “Parish Maintenance Fund, ONLY”, if
you give cash, put it in an envelope and write on the envelope “Parish
Maintenance Fund, ONLY”.
Let’s send a message loud and clear that the Archdiocese is not
providing for our needs.
We can be more closely aligned with the Catholic social teachings
of subsidiarity and solidarity when we first assist those in our immediate
proximity and those who are in greatest need with our donations and acts of
charity; first helping our neighbors at our door step. Contributing to Saint
Vincent de Paul Society is a great way to assist those in most need in our
locality.
We can be creative in our giving, but we must also be careful
where our money goes.

24, 2021, reports, “Catholic Charities San Antonio says they’ve helped resettle
65 Afghan refugees in the city so far. Many more are reportedly on the
way. Nobody knows yet how many Afghan refugee families are coming to San
Antonio, which makes it hard to plan for what they’ll need when they get here.”
Catholic Charities receives money from the Archbishop’s Appeal for Ministries.
CRUX,
September 17, 2021 reports that the Archdiocese of San Antonio will
“accommodate about 800 refugees from Afghanistan”.
It is all well and good to help real Afghan refugees, but do we
honestly think that the Taliban will allow the truly needy to escape, when the
United States has shown that it is unable to scrutinize between who are the
terrorists and who are the refugees. Can you imagine the Taliban being given
cover and housed in a city with several military installations?
I read this account from a retired military officer who led troops
in Afghanistan. He said they had an Afghan interpreter who worked with them for
one (1) month; sleeping with them in their quarters, eating with them in their
mess halls and they considered him a friend. One day while traveling with tanks
and armored vehicles they hit land mines causing destruction of property and
deaths of U.S. soldiers. The military officer later learned that their
interpreter had told the Taliban which road the U.S. military would be
traveling on so they could plant land mines along the road. How many so-called
American allies are really treacherous and treasonous Taliban allies?
Much closer to home, in fact in our backyard, CRUX reports: “As
thousands of migrants congregate underneath the Del Rio International Bridge,
the Archbishop of San Antonio said the archdiocese is finalizing the purchase
of property in Del Rio to create a new migrant center, but cautioned they will
need to buy more infrastructure because the way it’s going ‘this is not going
to end’.” The number of migrants underneath the bridge grew to more than 8,000
on Thursday, September 16, and there were at least 20,000 more migrants en
route from Mexico.
Again it is all well and good if they are truly asylum seekers,
but do we honestly think that the Cartels who control the border will allow the
truly needy to enter and not insert their criminal elements among them: illegal
drugs and human trafficking.
We are a compassionate and good-willed people, but these are times
when we need to use common sense and good judgment and not be deceived to our
own detriment.
We must be pro-active and not merely reactive. For the most part
we are very innocent and trusting people who unfortunately have been taken
advantage of; we must always question everything, and come to our
own conclusions. Our institutional church is no longer the church of
our grandparents or parents; we must realize the true reality that exists and
take appropriate actions.
We love our Catholic Church, the Mystical Body of Christ. We want
the institutional church restored to its former glory of honoring God and
serving the people of God, not like some of the clergy and the hierarchy who
are honoring and serving only themselves.
God bless us as we undertake this mission to save the soul of the
institutional church, which has been soiled and stained, and help return it to
its former stature of saintliness and sanctification.
