Catholics Come Home TV series premiers on EWTN

Mark your calendars! The Catholics Come Home® TV series that you've been hearing about premiers on EWTN in prime-time…in a few days!

Catholics Come Home® debuts its new TV series on Sunday, August 31 at 5 p.m. CST Thursday, September 4 at 9 p.m. CST!

Our highly-produced, inspiring TV series, filmed 'on location' in various cities throughout the U.S. and Canada, is finally here! The series will make you smile, it will make you cry, and it will make you thank God for your Catholic faith!

"Catholics Come Home" will consist of thirteen 30-minute episodes filmed on location, each featuring an interview with someone who recently returned to (or converted to) Jesus and the Catholic Church as a result of Catholics Come Home
® and responding to the call of the Holy Spirit. Guests include former atheists, agnostics, Protestant Christians, and fallen-away - now reunited - Catholics. The series will also air engaging new evangelization segments and helpful ideas, as well as popular Catholics Come Home® evangomercials™ in each of the half-hour episodes.

Episodes will air every Thursday night at 9 p.m. CST, with additional airings at 5 p.m. CST Sundays. After the series debuts in the U.S. and Canada this September, EWTN will begin airing the series internationally starting in December! If you don’t have EWTN on your TV, watch as it streams live online at EWTN.com!  Also, catch my hour-long interview with Fr. Mitch Pacwa on his
EWTN Live show, Wednesday night September 3rd at 7 p.m. CST, as we discuss the new series and new evangomercials!

The premier episode features Dr. Gloria Sampson, a former atheist and linguistic professor who taught in Communist China during the 1960s and 1970s. She discusses her recent return to the Church after 52 years away from God, thanks to seeing a Catholics Come Home evangomercial™ on TV in Vancouver, Canada. This former atheist is now an active Catholic, who says: “All I want to do now…is evangelize!”

Catholics Come Home® has released an exclusive
60-second series promo in anticipation of the premier episode. Click and watch this promo, and see the amazing and inspiring sneak peek from the series!

In response to Pope Saint John Paul II’s proclamation, "Darkness can only be scattered by light; hatred can only be conquered by love," Catholics Come Home® is sharing stories of Christ’s healing love and light, by means of this new, engaging TV series—just another one of our unique media efforts for the New Evangelization. With God’s grace and your support, we hope to air a second season in 2015 as well.

Tune in and let us know what you think of the episodes, by connecting with us on Facebook
 and Twitter!

As always, we thank you for your continued support of our mission to invite Catholics and non-Catholics home to the Catholic Church.
