Dear Friends,
President Obama has taken the battle to us regarding life and liberty. Now we’re taking the battle to him!
Join me and Priests for Life Youth Outreach Director, Bryan Kemper, on Sunday, September 30 at 12 noon, right across from the White House in Lafayette Park in Washington, DC to pray the Rosary. This prayer service, in which I will be joined by many other pro-life leaders, will be followed by a rally at which I will give the opening speech.
This event, called “Acts 5:29” and organized by my long-time friend and colleague, Rev. Pat Mahoney, is part of our continuing effort to bring attention to the unjust HHS mandate and a renewal of our intention to disobey the mandate. On August 1, I issued a memo to all of the Priests for Life employees, consultants and prospective employees stating our intention to disobey.
