Media Missionary E-News
I want to welcome our new Media Missionaries to our San Antonio Media Missionary family. The MMs in our area are growing and according to our Area Coordinator meeting in Irondale recently, we are one of the few areas in the U.S. that have over 100 MMs in their city area. I want to share with you some of the ideas from Area Coordinators around the country, but there is not enough room in one email to do that. So, a little at a time. Here are some points that I do want to cover at the present time.
· FALL PROGRAM HIGHLIGHTS: If you haven’t received yours, they are in the mail. There is a space on the back bottom to list the cable stations for EWTN in your area.
· EWTN WEBSITE: EWTN’s website, www.ewtn.com is the second most viewed website. EWTN is in good company….the number one most viewed website is the Vatican’s. This piece of information came from the marketing director at EWTN.
· SAY THANK YOU: Mother Angelica pulled the switch to begin the largest religious network on August 15. Please contact your cable company and thank them for airing Catholic television. We must not take this for granted, Time Warner just decided not to carry EWTN in one of our near- by cities. It could just as easily happen here.
· FULLNESS OF TRUTH CONFERENCE: EWTN has asked Jane and I to host an EWTN table at the conference this weekend. For those of you who will be attending, please come by the table and say ‘Hi’.We would love to meet and visit with you.
· WALL OF PICTURES: Go to
to view pictures of our Area Coordinator’s meeting at the EWTN studios, Family Celebration, and 100 plus pictures of various EWTN happenings around the country. Great pictures to view for ideas.

One thing that they mentioned over and over at the EWTN Family Celebration is that they are so appreciative of all the Media Missionaries around the country. You are the heartbeat of the network and you are in Mother Angelica’s prayers daily.
Blessings to all,
Debbie
