SAN ANTONIO, TX – The Alexander House announces that Fr. John Corapi, S.O.L.T., the internationally known radio/TV personality and Scripture scholar, will be the keynote speaker at a major Catholic conference scheduled for Saturday, August 7, 2010, in San Antonio, Texas. Entitled “Life, Love and the Purpose of Our Existence,” the all-day event will be held at the AT&T Center (located five miles east of downtown San Antonio) to accommodate the crowd of 13,500 people expected to attend.

Many believe Fr. Corapi is one of the greatest living preachers of our age. He has been blessed with a remarkable ability to teach the truths of the Faith with such authority and clarity that even the “hardest hearts” are brought closer to God. During his Alamo City engagement, the beloved priest will give talks explaining how Catholic Church teachings provide clear answers to society’s most difficult and hotly contested issues. He also will give much-needed spiritual guidance on a variety of topics. In addition, the conference will include Holy Mass, the Sacrament of Reconciliation, Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament, and music by popular Catholic recording artist Michael John Poirier.
