Hello Media Missionaries,

The EWTN Pilgrimage bus is almost full! 
We have less than 10 seats left. 
Thank you for your participation in getting our notice in your bulletin or news board. 
We are so grateful. 
We have a new registration deadline….September 1st, so if this deadline is beneficial to anyone you may know, please forward the pilgrimage information.

Below is a condensed version of program highlights and the EWTN Pilgrimage notice with the new deadline. 
For those attending this year’s Fullness of Truth Conference on August 23 – 24, please come by and visit me at the EWTN table.

7:30 AM Board Bus - Departs 8:00 am from Schertz (Walmart Parking Lot FM 3009 & I-35) 
8:30 AM Pick up at Sts Peter & Paul in New Braunfels 
Two stops: lunch & dinner (Price not included) 
9:00 PM Arrive in Brookhaven, MS Holiday Inn Express 

Oct 8 - Wednesday
7:30 AM Board Bus – Departs 8:00 am
1:00 PM Arrive at EWTN studios, Irondale, AL 
Catered lunch (Guadalupe Room – Price Included)
1:30 PM Catechesis 
2:45 PM EWTN Tour 
3:45 PM Gift Shop/Adoration 
4:45 PM Divine Office/Benediction 
5:10 PM Catered Dinner 
6:20 PM Seating for EWTN Live 
7:00 PM Show begins 
8:30 PM Load bus for hotel and check in at the Holiday Inn Express, Irondale

5:00 PM Bus leaves for Irondale

6:15 AM Board Bus – Departs 6:30am for EWTN Mass – televised

Oct 11 - Saturday
8:00 AM Board Bus - Departs 9:00am Lafayette, LA  Lunch Stop 
4:00 PM Arrive at New Braunfels (Sts Peter & Paul) 
4:30 PM Arrive at Schertz 

NOTES:
 You may leave your car parked in the Walmart parking lot for the duration of the trip. 

 Please review information at www.ewtn.com and click on “Pilgrimages” for information regarding proper dress and etiquette procedures. 

 Remember that this is a pilgrimage of faith, prayer, and self reflection. 

 Bring a sweater or light jacket – studios are cool. 

 Observe silence when you enter the Shrine and EWTN Chapel 

 Dress comfortably but modestly, please do not wear sleeveless tops, tank tops, shorts, or mini-skirts. Ladies may wear slacks. 

 Please do not leave Mass before the Blessed Sacrament is exposed. 

 May not take pictures inside the Shrine. 

 Pictures are permitted in the EWTN Chapel, just not during Mass. 

 We encourage you to use your free time for individual prayer, silent reading, meditation, and reflection on what God is doing for you on this pilgrimage. 

 There is no charge for the tours but a donation to the Shrine and EWTN is greatly appreciated. 

 Bus is Non-Smoking
