Hispanic Catholic Bishops express solidarity, prayers in a pastoral letter to immigrants

In a letter to migrants dated December 12, the feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe, 33 Hispanic Catholic bishops in the United States expressed their solidarity with and concern for undocumented immigrants in the United States.

Announcing the publication of the letter, Archbishop Gustavo Garcïa-Siller said, "This letter is intended to reassure immigrants, especially those who are struggling in so many ways, that the Catholic church cares and is walking with them.
