Dear Friend of St. Jude, Greetings of peace and joy! In many ways our Advent journey of “preparing the way of the Lord” is a time of darkness – days are shorter and nights longer – and in prayer our darkness comes from the waiting we must do before our Savior arrives. Our preparation for Christmas includes the time we put aside in quiet prayer, celebrating the Eucharist and contemplating how we can grow in faith. God be with you this Christmas season and always.
